MicroCool High-Pressure ROC Nozzles
MicroCool high-pressure nozzles operate at 1,000 psi (70 bars) to deliver billions of tiny droplets less than 1/10th the width of a human hair. The smaller the water droplet, the larger the total evaporation surface exposed to the dry air. So, these extremely small water droplets flash evaporate almost instantly leaving just the OdorGone in the air stream without wetting.
The Viton™ ball and anti-drip spring ensure that nozzles close immediately when pressure is turned off thereby eliminating any potential dripping.
The updated nozzle design features a 20 mμ filter included in the anti-drip body. In addition, the filter will:
- Protect the nozzle from many waterborne particles
- Further fractionate the water into finer water droplets.
- Trap debris before reaching the nozzle orifice
- Extend the operating life of the nozzle
Manufacturing processes have improved tolerances to ensure that each nozzle matches MicroCool’s high perfor- mance standards providing consistent fog pattern, uniform distribution and steady flow rates.
Nozzle options include:
- Brass or Stainless Steel (0.005" & 0.008" only)
- Stand-alone (with or without anti-drip)
- Double anti-drip filter for extra protection
- Nozzle extenders and plugs for configuration flexibility
